UTSA’s Mexican Cookbook Collection joins Google’s digital cultural revolution

From guisados to postres dating as far back as the 1700s, UTSA’s renowned Mexican Cookbook Collection honors Mexico’s profound, historic culinary culture.

The collection includes 3,000 cookbooks focused on regional cooking, healthy and vegetarian recipes, corporate advertising cookbooks, and manuscript recipe books with the oldest being from 1789. It’s also the largest of its kind in the United States.
